  • Every Friday Celebrate Recovery meet in Kelowna (7pm) at Evangel church (map)

    Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered 12-step recovery program. It is a safe place for men and women to meet others who have similar struggles and find freedom from our hurts, hang-ups and habits.

  • Women's Breakfast meets upstairs at Sprout Bread and Coffee on Cannery Lane, every other Thursday at 7:30 AM. It is a time for women to meet old and new friends while enjoying a delicious light breakfast or just a coffee.   • Our men’s fellowship meets every week in the Metro Cafe (1262 St. Paul Street. Our purpose is to seek God, to pursue truth, and to support each other in prayer. Our format is to open in prayer, read a Bible verse, hear a short devotion, answer a couple of questions about it, and share prayer concerns. We start at 7AM and wrap at 8AM. Coffee is provided, courtesy of Metro. We plan to keep going right through summer every second week.

Art Alley Festival is back for the third year in a row.

Join us for an amazing night of the arts, highlighting MUSIC, DANCE, POETRY, AND VISUAL ARTS. Enjoy basking in a diversity of art-forms led by some of the finest talents around.

We’re going to have a slideshow highlighting photographers from our community on the night!

We're looking for people like you, people in our community, to send your photos that you've taken to be added to the slideshow.  If you have any cool images you think would work for a scrolling digital presentation, please submit them to us for consideration.  We are looking for creative images of scenery, abstract, interesting people, buildings, vehicles, etc.  The photos should be high-resolution digital images. They can be taken with a phone or camera. Please submit them to lukas@metrocommunity.ca with your name and the title if there is one. Photos will not be used commercially without permission.

We're going on a fall retreat with the Metro Youth and we'd love for all of our youth to join us!  It will be from September 27th - 29th for grades 8-12.
