come together gala

Oct 23, 2026
Metro Hub - 1265 Ellis Street
6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

For years, the Come Together Gala has been established on the Metro calendar as one of the best nights of the whole year! It has been a party to remember, full of celebration, laughter, fantastic food, entertainment, and much more! But the greatest part is much more than the party.

Year after year, the generous support raised through the gala has allowed us to enhance and expand our services in ways we previously could hardly imagine, and we’ve been able to make tangible differences in the lives of those in our community who have found our doorstep. We are so grateful for the support we have received at Metro Central, which has been serving those experiencing homelessness and poverty through the drop-in cafe, hygiene program, shelter diversion program, and more!

The Come Together Gala is our primary fundraiser of the year and provides a chance to fundraise towards specific projects that will make a significant difference in the lives of our community members. One significant impact from the past gala was that we were able to invest in expanding the Shelter Diversion Program, which over the past 2 years has rehoused 175 people while meeting people’s needs in many other ways along the way

This year, we hope to build on the success of the Shelter Diversion Program to expand and support the existing team more, which will allow us to reach more people and to help in even more diverse ways.

We also need help to support the ongoing operations of Metro Central, which provides a safe place for those experiencing homelessness to access food, drink, showers, laundry, and much more, while also being a central location to access services such as the Shelter Diversion Program, advocates, and social workers.

Come together with us on Friday, October 23, as we raise funds for these important causes and have a fantastic party. We hope to see you there!
